• Delivery Methods Set

• Schedules Correct

• Instructors Set

• Extended Properties Added - if Applicable

• MappingID Added - if Applicable

Have you checked all your upcoming Course settings to ensure the assignments are ready?

• Assignment Groups for attendance have an asterisk in the name

Its time to check CourseKey and make sure you are ready for your Start Date. Your deployment team will assist with Validating, however you will want to confirm the system is ready. We will want to Validate

• All Courses are visible in CourseKey

• All Schedules & Class Sessions are correct

• All Student Rosters are correct in CourseKey
