Getting your Instructors on board and prepared for change can be one of the biggest hurdles. We are here to assist in making sure this transition is effortless for your Instructors and Staff.
To get your Instructors prepared and excited for CourseKey, here are some helpful steps and resources.
Each Live Training will be scheduled for one hour. It is important to have someone on your staff/leadership team on these training calls to be present and to show the importance of the changes. It is also helpful in the event your staff have questions regarding policy & procedure changes. Having your support and partnership on Trainings is essential to a successful roll out and user adoption.
The first 5 to 10 minutes of the Training = Client Leadership/Staff setting expectations, Why is your school implementing CourseKey, why is this important?
The next 40 to 45 minutes = CourseKey lead Intro to the platform & training specific to the users on the call
The last 5 to 10 minutes = Questions

Start letting your Instructors and staff know that CourseKey is coming. Sending out communications ahead of time helps your staff prepare for change.

INSTRUCTOR LIVE TRAINING
This training is held via zoom and is also tailored to your Instructors and how your school will utilize CourseKey. This will be recorded and can be used for future onboarding.
STEP 4
INSTRUCTOR GUIDE
This Attendance Instructor guide is tailored to how your Instructors and school will use CourseKey. This will go over all the steps from how to log in to how to get support if needed.
