In addition to your Wednesday Enrichment activities, we run Sports clubs, Chapel Club, House competitions, Drama and Music clubs and many more

Musical Instrument Tuition
Musical Instrument Tuition
Learning an instrument is a great way to boost your social skills, improve your discipline and patience, and will introduce you to other cultures. There are a variety of instruments you can learn at The Green School for Boys, including brass, woodwind, piano, voice, guitar and strings.

Instrumental tuition will be provided by staff from Hounslow Music Service. Some of you may have met your teacher before at Primary school!! Lessons take place during the school day during lesson time and will be rotated where possible to ensure you do not miss the same curriculum lesson each week. You can also hire instruments if you do not have your own.

There is more information about our houses on the House System page, but the House competitions take place throughout the year and are a perfect opportunity for you to extend your personal development. You work with friends in your form group and with older students in your House in competition against the other Houses.

Learning outside the classroom is an important part of your time at The Green School for Boys. We will aim to provide opportunities for you to experience activities, trips and visits every year you are with us from Y7 to Y13, starting with a Y7 team building day in the Autumn Term.
