create and communicate activities for student learning at home
focus on a deeper understanding and maintenance of already learned content and skills
collaborate with colleagues to create meaningful remote learning
flexibly schedule time to connect with students and provide support, using a variety of resources (email, telephone, online...etc.) that meet the needs of students and families (which may include the use of Google Classroom and the Google Apps for Education -GAFE)
consider equitable access for all students and provide offline non-digital options for learning and communication ,as needed for families
provide ongoing feedback throughout the duration of this Remote Learning plan
maintain a sense of daily learning expectation as we go all through this together
create a schedule with your parents that meets your family's needs
participate in at least 3 hours of learning per day (K-12) and follow the District expectations for remote learning (see below) (PK=1-1.5 hours)
utilize this Remote Learning Plan website and Google Classroom and/or the specifics on the documents within this site for weekly assignment details and to follow the RL Plan for your grade level. (While options will be communicated through an online platform, there are digital and non-digital options)
follow the TPS AUP, digital citizenship & virtual meeting guidelines (see below)
make sure to take care of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being - and be sure to reach out to friends virtually
