1:1 Program Overview


  • All Students in grades 5-12 will be issued a Chromebook to be returned upon the graduation of John W. Wynn Middle School or Tewksbury Memorial High School, or departure from the district.

  • This mobile device will be required in order to access digital curriculum resources.

  • TPS will filter content as required by Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) requirements of 2001.

  • Families will be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.

  • TPS will offer optional insurance (highly recommended) to families.

Chromebooks will be distributed as follows:

Grades 5-8: Distributed by their homeroom teacher during the first week of school.

Grade 9: Distributed during Freshmen Orientation.

New students to the district: Distributed by front office staff at your child's school after the student registration process is completed.


Repairs: If you need your Chromebook repaired, please complete this form. This applies to ALL students whether you have insurance or not.
