Internet connectivity issue

Connectivity is affected by multiple variables such as physical distance, walls, electrical interference, and even microwave interference. Make sure to be within range of your home Wi-Fi. Other devices on the network could be using up the available bandwidth.

Recommendations:

  • Disconnect any devices connected to the network that are not in use to free up bandwidth.

  • Move closer to your home wireless router.

  • Run a speed test to see if your current ISP (Internet Service Provider) package is enough. Typically with other devices on the network, you would want anything above 30Mbps Down / 20Mbps Up (this can vary depending on the number of devices connected and if they are using an application that uses a lot of bandwidth, i.e. streaming). For accurate readings, you should be performing these tests where you are experiencing the issues.
