Shalom, 

My name is Susan Lapidus and I will be your child's Hebrew school teacher on Sunday. All the children call me Morah Susie. I've been involved in Jewish Education for 45 years.

I enjoy teaching how to read Hebrew and teaching about the Jewish holidays and I love to read. I can't wait to be back in the classroom this year and am looking forward to being with my students in person, even with our masks on. 

I've been teaching Judaic and Hebrew for many years and really enjoy working with my students. 

A few years ago, the school introduced a new program-CHAI. It's a curriculum which provides students with the foundation for a lifetime of Jewish learning and living. I will be using this program besides learning about Israel and Jewish holidays.  We will also explore what it means to be a mensch.
