Do I need to review the Student-Tutor Policy Agreement with a student if they already completed it with another tutor?
Yes. Although students can only submit the agreement once, they should review it with every tutor during the initial tutoring session.

If you will not have a chance to meet with the student, and there are over 24 hours until the session is scheduled, you should reach out to the student's advisor either in-person or via email. Advisor email addresses can be found here.

If you cannot make a session that occurs within 24 hours, please email restutor@temple.edu ASAP.

If you are unable to make a training, please email restutor@temple.edu before the training to let us know.
After the training, keep an eye out for an email with next steps, which will usually include a short recap quiz to ensure that you are up-to-date on all information.
