If there is a time when I am unavailable and you need a BREAK:
There will be an orange basket/bag outside of my door. Inside the bag there will be different activity worksheets that you may take back to your classroom and work on for 3-5 minutes. Please make sure to only taking 1 sheet at a time.
Another option is to click on the different "Zones of Regulation" pictures, the different calming strategies buttons & use the brain breaks I have provided. This can be done in another area of your classroom with a timer set for anywhere between 5-8 minutes.
