Kate's new lesson plan format. (feedback welcome, some bugs expected...sorry)
The whole term is split into 11 lessons, each lesson has an intro, learn and create sections.
How to use: Switch to Student View (top right) and hide the sidebar (also top right). Then you can project each lesson step directly from the codelab.life site.
If you prefer the old-school format, you can find the original slide decks and pdfs in Animation & Game Design and Python Junior tabs on the Modules page.
Group 1: Junior Tech Explorers (Grade 3 & 4) - Mostly Scratch
Draw -> AI own character/sprite/background tool: https://sketch.metademolab.com/canvas
Group 2: Future Tech Innovators (Grade 5 & 6) - Mostly Python Junior
Reminder: Last lesson is a parents show & tell. Please aim for the students to have their big project ready by lesson 10 and allow a little bit of time for them to practice presenting their games/projects.
Extra Material Group 1 - MakeCode Arcade:
If the kids are no longer interested in doing Scratch lessons, they can do MakeCode.
