On-site assistance:
Jackie De Beer is the local camp manager for Zug, she will be on-site during drop-off and pick-up. If you need her outside of those time, please contact her by phone: +41 76 438 69 60
Important Notes for instructors:
Junior students should be supervised by TechSpark instructor during breaks and lunchtime.
WiFi: Access with mobile login onsite
Equipment:
Projector & Student laptops will be provided by your camp manager.
Please bring and HDMI adapter for your laptop.
Rooms have whiteboards and markers, you can use them as needed.
Logistics:
At the end of each day please tidy up the room and place any rubbish in the bin outside the rooms.
Close the windows and turn off the light before you leave at the end of each day.
Kitchen & snacks:
Snacks will be provided by your camp manager, if you run out please inform your camp manager
Kitchen is for Staff Only, please don't let the kids go in the kitchen alone. If they need to heat up lunch, please accompany them.
If you or the students use any kitchen utensils, cups or plates, please rinse them at the end of the day and put in the dishwasher or sink.
Pick-up Arrangements:
Please always check your student list for pick-up arrangements.
Do not leave until all students have been picked up or left alone.
If any 'Parent Pick-up' kids are not collected by parents within 15 mins of camp finish, please call their parent or your camp manager.
