Once you have all the kids, please proceed to Ruegg Building.

Logistics:

Note -> Instructors must officially check in at the reception with their badges before heading to the Atrium. There is a digital station in both primary and secondary buildings. Sign out when leaving. Purple lanyards with name tags must also be worn as soon as you enter campus.

End of class: 

• Start wrapping up at 16:20-16:25. 

• Kids should help put away as much material as possible on the shelves, in boxes provided. (We need to leave the table free for other groups to use during the week.)

• Plug the laptops, iPads and Lego hubs to charge until next week.

• At 16:30 please take the kids to the playground outside - parents should be waiting there. If parents not there or late, take the kid to Main Reception and call parents to check for ETA (parent contact info in Tab 3 on Student List)

• Late Bus kids should go straight to their bus which departs at 16:40.
