Snack Break: 11:00 - 11:30 (11:15 – 11:30 on Day 1 due to Computational Assessment)
Lunch: 12:30 - 13:30 (allow 60 mins)
Afternoon Break: 14:15 - 14:30 (optional)

Equipment:
All classrooms are equipped with a projector and Apple TV
Student computers will be provided by the camp manager at the start of Day 1 if pre-arranged. If not mentioned in advance by the parents on the form, additional computers can be borrowed from IT services
Please bring and HDMI adapter for your laptop if necessary
All rooms have whiteboards and markers, you can use them as needed
Logistics:
At the end of each day please tidy up the room and place any rubbish in the bin at the front of the rooms.
Make sure to put any school laptops on charge overnight (return them to the IT services room)
Close the windows and turn off the light before you leave at the end of each day.
Lunch & snacks:
Snacks will be provided by your camp manager, if you run out please inform your camp manager.
Please throw away any snack wrappers, plates or cups in the adequate bin or recycling, and encourage students to do the same.
Coffee machines are available in the staff room (along the hallway towards the reception entrance), coins for these are provided by the camp manager. Please do not let students access this room.
Lunch time meals are provided to all students and instructors, they are served in the main canteen area. If you can't find the canteen, ask the Reception.
Pick-up Arrangements:
Please always check your student list for pick-up arrangements.
Do not leave until all students have been picked up or left alone.
If any 'Parent Pick-up' kids are not collected by parents within 15 mins of camp finish, please call their parent or your camp manager.
