Admissions for the 2024 - 2025 School Year

According to TDSB policy,

“Students interested in attending one of the secondary Math, Science and Technology programs are not required to submit any supplemental application or information. A completed Centralized Program Application is all that is required. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces available, all applicants will be eligible for the random selection process.”

In other words, there will be 52-54 incoming grade 9 students admitted for the each school year. 50% of the placements will be reserved for students from the local catchment area. All placements will be determined by random draw.

Dates

Grade 9 TOPS Applications open on November 6th and will close on November 24th. The Grade 8 MGCI Open House (TOPS Info Night) will take place on November 7th, from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
