SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health

provides a variety of mental health assessment and treatment services for infants, children and youth, aged birth up to 18 years, and their families. All services are provided by interprofessional teams that may include social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, child and youth care practitioners and creative arts therapists. Services are deployed based on the individual needs and preferences of each client and their family. All SickKids services are voluntary (children and families agree to participate).

Abrigo Centre

offers a wide range of services including counselling, youth and parenting support, newcomer support, form filling and referrals, and government services assistance. BounceBack®

is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

S.E.A.S.Centre (Support Enhance Access Service Centre)

is a not–for-profit social service agency promoting individual well-being, enhancing family harmony, and encouraging community involvement in all walks of life through diverse program, volunteer opportunities and community activities.

Youthdale Crisis support

Youthdale’s Crisis Support Team assesses each child's risk and mental status through telephone interviews and, if required, Mobile Response. This assessment will involve the parent or guardian and the professionals caring for the child. A Youthdale child psychiatrist is available to consult with the Crisis Support Team at all times. Any parent or legal guardian in Ontario can call the Youthdale Psychiatric Crisis Services at (416) 363-9990, and get immediate access to trained professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
