Kababayan Multicultural Centre

Kababayan Multicultural Centre (KMC) is dedicated to working towards the development of a strong immigrant community that is proud of its cultural heritage and its contribution to Canada by:

  • Providing settlement services to facilitate integration of newcomers

  • Addressing systemic and institutional barriers to social inclusion

  • Adopting people-oriented approaches to the delivery of servers

  • Recognizing skills, experience and education of newcomers

  • Collaborating with partner agencies and organizations to create a just and humane society

Toronto Public Library Services

Toronto Public Library now has a digital access card! The Digital Access Card will provide immediate access to TPL’s digital resources and services, including ebooks and eaudiobooks, streaming music and video, and research databases. This new membership option is for adults and teens (13+) who live in Toronto and do not already have a library card. Jewish Family & Child Services

A multi-service agency that strengthens and supports individuals, children, families and communities by increasing safety and security, improving mental health and wellness and reducing the effects of poverty, within the context of Jewish values. You don't need to be Jewish to attend JF&CS' Groups & Workshops. We welcome all people regardless of cultural, religious and/or racial background or affiliation. Fees are available on a sliding scale.

SEAS Centre

S.E.A.S.Centre (Support Enhance Access Service Centre) is a not–for-profit social service agency promoting individual well-being, enhancing family harmony, and encouraging community involvement in all walks of life through diverse program, volunteer opportunities and community activities. SEAS is a multi-services not-for-profit organization that render support to all people in need, regardless of their ethnicity, nationality, gender, race, religion, age or sexual orientation. Our focused community groups are Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino.


YSAP

Youth Substance Use Program

Free, confidential, one-on-one substance use counselling at the Y. If you’re looking for support with substance use and misuse problems or know someone who is, we can help. Our services are free and confidential and our counsellors are available to support youth with substance use issues, options to make healthier choices and practice safely.

North York General Hospital

Positive Possibilities

Please find attached the flyer for Positive Possibilities, Young Parents and Prenatal program on Zoom. (22 yrs. old & younger)

The Program is on Wednesdays at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Anyone interested and wants to register, they can email prevention.services@sickkidscmh.ca

Every week we have a Registered Dietician and about once a month we have a Registered Nurse, from our SickKids Centre(Adolescent program).

When a Participant attends the zoom, they will receive a Food share Good food box, with fresh fruits and vegetables the following week. Delivered to their home.
