Silver Birch Fiction Program
Our Junior students had an opportunity to come to a Book Tasting Event where they got an introduction to the program!
Students got to 'taste' each of the different books and choose their top 5 books they wanted to read from the program.
Many students chose to participate in the program.
There are also 10 Adult Expert Readers who have each read 1 of the 10 books. We are so grateful for their support to build a school wide love of reading!
Students read a book then discuss it with the Expert Reader and get a sticker for their tracking sheet.
