I want to register for a summer school course. How can I do this?
TDSB’s August eLearning is accepting course requests until July 2nd however almost all courses are full.
Registration for all other TDSB summer courses has closed.
I registered for summer school. When does it start? When does it end? Where do I go and when do I get emails from them?
Go to either the ConEd or eLearning sites to see Key Dates and all other info.
To confirm which course you signed up for, log in to e-reg by going to the Registration/ Login section of the ConEd or eLearning websites.
Please contact either ConEd or eLearning with your questions.
Remember that correspondence from these departments is going to the email account you used when you signed up.
How do I drop a summer school course?
To drop a ConEd course including Credit Recovery, follow this link and scroll to the bottom to access the appropriate WithdrawalForm.
To drop an eLearning course, complete this withdrawal form.
I took a course in the summer, what’s next?
If you took a TDSB course, your transcript will be updated automatically. Counsellors will be adjusting your timetable and if the course you took in the summer is also scheduled for 2026/27, we’ll try to give you one of your requests/alternates. If not available, we’ll schedule a course that has space or a spare (please monitor your email accounts).
If you took a NON TDSB course, you must forward your final report card to your counsellor so the course can be added to your transcript in September.
If you are a June 2026 grad and need a non-tdsb course added to your transcript for acceptance into a post-secondary program, you must contact the TDSB Transcript Office (transcript@tdsb.on.ca) to get the credit added to your transcript.
When will I get my timetable?
Timetables will be released to the TDSB Connects app over Labour Day weekend.
New students to TDSB will not be able to download the app till after they start school and sometimes there are technical issues and returning students can’t access their timetable either. We don’t have the ability to solve those tech issues so we’ll post a list of every student’s first class so that when you arrive at school on the first day you know where to go. Usually by the second day, the glitches are sorted. The main office can also print a timetable for you on the first day.
How can I make a change to the courses I chose for next year?
The deadline to request a course change was June 8th and we were able to complete close to 200 changes. There were some changes that weren’t possible due to space or timetable conflicts… we tried!
Reminder that we will not be taking sem I timetable change requests as counsellors must prioritize new registrations and rescheduling due to summer school achievement and extenuating circumstances.
The only changes to sem I timetables that can be considered are those due to an extenuating circumstance where students are scheduled in a course they’ve already taken or do not have a prerequisite for.
If you need to request a sem I timetable change due to an extenuating circumstance, you can fill out this google form starting the last week of August.
Students will have most of sem I to speak to counsellors about sem II timetable changes.
When will the sem I Night School and eLearning list be out?
Night School registration will start in September. You can stay up to date by visiting their website.
Sem I eLearning registration opens on September 9th. Please check their website for details. We recommend setting an alarm and signing up on the 9th because these courses fill up quickly.
How can I get a copy of my transcript?
June 2026 grads can pick them up in the main office once school re-opens.
Current students can request a transcript in September from albert.fung@tdsb.on.ca.
Students who graduated over a year ago, must contact TDSB’s Transcript Office.
I’ve moved into Harbord’s catchment. How can I register?
Please double check that you live in our catchment area here.
Contact the school at 416-393-1650 in late August to enquire about the registration process.
