Grade 8 to 9 Transitions

The links below will aid in the transition to high school.

Please take advantage of these excellent resources.

The TDSB has designated Harbord as CLOSED to Out-of-Area Admissions.

TDSB policy is that students who don’t live in catchment or aren’t in our French Immersion pathway cannot apply to, or attend Harbord

Refer to TDSB Out-of Area info.

2024-2025 COURSE REQUESTS/SELECTIONS FOR GRADE 8 STUDENTS ENTERING HIGH SCHOOL

Eligible grade 8 students in TDSB schools will submit grade 9 course selections through my Blueprint by Feb. 26th 2024 with help from their grade 8 school.  Non TDSB students will submit course requests to HCI counsellors during their registration meeting.

Grade 9 students coming to Harbord must choose 8 courses plus 2 alternative choices. Please see the info below for courses specific to Harbord.

Carefully read the information on the Registration page of our website to ensure you’re eligible to attend Harbord.
