We know that sometimes students change their mind or realize after submitting requests that they need a particular course. Students can do that starting March 20th using the Course Change Form linked below.
WE DO NOT TAKE REQUESTS TO CHANGE COURSES ONCE A SEMESTER HAS STARTED unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please be aware of the timelines below regarding requests and timetable changes.
March 17- June 13: Students can request a change to the courses they submitted through myBlueprint. Requests will go on a waitlist until we know whether or not there's space.
August 25 - Sept 11: We do not take requests for timetable changes after a semester has started. During this period we will only receive requests for a Sem I timetable change due to extenuating circumstances (summer school achievement resulting in taking a course that you've already passed or one you don't have the prerequisite for).
September 29 - January 16: Students can request a change to semester II courses for any reason.
January 16 - February 9: We do not take requests for timetable changes after a semester has started. During this period we will only receive requests for a Sem II timetable change due to extenuating circumstances (sem I achievement resulting in taking a course that you've already passed or one you don't have the prerequisite for).
Please note:
We cannot make timetable changes at any time to accommodate requests to be with particular teachers or students.
We cannot make any guarantee that a change will be possible, however we will always try our best.
The sooner a change is requested, the greater the likelihood that it can be accommodated. Please request changes BEFORE the start of a semester.
Any change to a course request must be approved by a parent or guardian.
If we haven't received parent/guardian permission to make a change, we will move to the next person on the list.
Students are expected to attend classes as scheduled unless they receive an email response indicating a change has been made.
