Wow! We had an amazing inaugural season of the BBL! All teams showed great enthusiasm, sportsmanship and skill. A special shout out must to the Cucumbers! They showed the most team spirit by creating their own team shirts! And we all agreed, they showed the most improvement over the course of the season. The Bucket Squad were crowned champions in a very exciting championship day. The semi-final between The Dubs and Rarz went into overtime. The final game was incredible. Everyone brought their "A" game and played very well. Congratulations to the Bucket Squad!!

I'm really happy the league was a success. Everyone improved their skills very much! I'm so proud of how everyone showed determination, sportsmanship and compassion for each other.

Way to go BBL!

fall 2019 intramurals

NEW!!

We are launching a brand new, grade 5-6 co-ed, basketball lunch-time league this year. Find 10 friends and create a team! Choose a great name for your team and get ready to play. An information session will be held Monday, Oct 21 at lunch. Meet Ms. Samuel in the gym at 11:35am. We hope to be ready to start playing on OCT 22.

due to the snow day, we will have a make up game of pokemon floor hockey. on tuesday, feb. 19 charizard will battle bulbasaur!

harry potter soccer-grade 1-2

The excitement is building! Harry Potter Soccer begins on Thursday, Dec. 6 at lunch time. Please remember to wear your indoor shoes. The sorting hat is busy preparing teams as we speak! The team lists and schedule will be posted as soon as the hat makes his final decisions.

floor hockey update nov. 9

We have had a number of cancelled games, so we will extend our season for two weeks. An updated schedule will be posted outside the gym.

• The grade 5-6's had a great mini season with European Handball (modified). They cooperatively made their own teams and had a lot of fun! Congratulations!
• Our grade 8 students have enjoyed Friday lunch time drop in. They play basketball, or volleyball or just work on individual fitness. It's nice to see so many of them (35+!!) choosing to come to the gym to be active!
