Dare to Lead is an awesome book, filled with wonderful ways to build a community that feels cared for, trusting and therefore, motivated to strive for excellence .

However, it is dense - soooo much to learn here. Read it slowly, take notes, and then, probably, read it again, if you want to get everything out of it.
