Staff Fitness Sessions

The sessions incorporate elements of cross-fit, weight lifting, boxing, pilates and other high intensity exercises. They are designed to get your heart rate extremely high for 30-40mins. This allows our participants to maximise their training goals (weight loss, increased strength, improved cardiovascular endurance and improved muscle tone).

Staff fitness sessions will continue to run in Term 4. The details are as follows:

Tuesday 5.00-600 in the Dance Studio

All staff members are welcome to attend these sessions. If you would like to participate, please contact Rohan in the PE Department.
