NBA NDA

The NDA course involved the application of numeracy skills to the National Basketball Association (NBA).

During the course we;

collected and analysed data from NBA games.
analysed data on individual players which involved decimals, percentages and fractions.
converted measurements from the imperial system to the metric system when looking at player height and weight.
explored the concepts of theoretical and experiemental probability when exploring the NBA Draft lottery.
used data to inform decisions when considering the NBA draft player selection process.
used NBA data to explore statistical relationships and concepts including random sampling.
