PARTNER INSTITUTION PROGRAM


The Partner Institution Program is an initiative formed by the organizing committee of the conference. Its primary goal is to serve as an excellent means of fostering interaction and strengthening ties between the conference organizer and the institutional partners not only for the purpose of the conference but as part of a long-term strategic plan.

THE OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the partner institution program are includes:

  • To increase contacts and networks across the shared value, practices, and future direction between the association and the respected institutions

  • To enhance the image and credibility of both parties as a way to stay relevant and laudable

  • To elevate the visibility and exposure of both the host organization and participating institutions at the regional and worldwide stage

TARGET GROUPS

The organizing committee is inviting significant institutions across Southeast Asia and other regions, that include:

  • Universities and colleges

  • Research centers and establishments

  • Think tanks

  • Government agencies

  • Corporate and industries

  • Non-profit organizations

  • Other relevant institutions and agencies

PARTNERSHIP PACKAGES


PACKAGE 1: PANEL SESSION (1 moderator with 3-4 panel members)

  • A complimentary slot for Panel Sessions for each institution.

  • Opportunity to conduct 60-90 minutes of a scheduled panel session.

  • The timeslot and date of the panel session will be determined by the organizing members.

  • Open for any topics but must be in line with the conference's theme, 'Moving Forward' and should be centered on media studies, with an emphasis on trends or latest breakthroughs, issues and challenges, policies and practices, or other aspects of the social, political, or economic affairs on a regional and global level.


PACKAGE 2: SUPPORT TEAM (Individual)

  • Participate as a conference organizing team and assist on a few tasks prior to the conference and a chance to be the *moderator for a scheduled parallel session. *subjects to availability

  • Only ONE spot (one participant) from each institution.

  • Priority is given to the Southeast Asian countries especially Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Timor-Leste, Vietnam, and Brunei.

  • Other countries from the Asia Pacific region are also welcome.


OTHER FORMS OF PARTNERSHIP

  • We would be more than happy to have you join us for any other kinds of partnerships that you believe would be appropriate to be carried out, and we would be delighted to do so.

  • Please provide details of the potential partnership program in the Registration Form enclosed in the email and we will contact you to further discuss as soonest.

LOGO AND CORPORATE/PROMO VIDEO

  • Follow the steps below to share the institution's logo and the corporate/promo video

  1. Prepared at your end a shared folder to place your institution’s logo and the corporate/promo video

  2. Get the access link to the shared folder prepared

  3. Write the access link in the partnership submission link

  4. Make sure the link is allowed access and enable for download/copy
