The presenter who opted for the pre-recorded video presentation mode can proceed to prepare and record the presentation video once you received the Acceptance Letter.
Once the pre-record video presentation is ready, you may proceed and complete the conference registration process by completing this conference online Registration Form.
Option for Video SubmissionBelow are the submission options for presenters who opted for the pre-recorded video presentation mode during the conference.
Option 1Upload the video in a shared folder at your end. Then, share access to the folder with us by providing the access link of the folder. Make sure the link is allowed access and enables download/copy.
Option 2Upload the pre-recorded video in the folder prepared.
The TWO options above should be available inside the conference online Registration Form.
Please ensure that the recorded video is ready prior to the conference registration.

The submissions of abstracts should be made by using the Abstract Submission Form provided.
A confirmation email to verify the submission will be sent within 3 working days after the abstract has been submitted.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Kindly allow 10 WORKING DAYS after submitting the abstract to be notified of approval or rejection of the submission. Please keep in mind that the decision on the abstract acceptance or rejection is final and irrevocable.
Once a submission has been accepted, the author will be notified via email with a copy of the acceptance letter.
The author may then proceed for registration to confirm their attendance.
Following the conference, the possibility of publishing the full version of the paper will be made available by the editorial team of the Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal (SEAMSJ).
All conference presenters are invited to submit a full paper based on their presentation.

Please keep in mind that a single registration is only entitled to one person.
If the co-authors want to attend the conference, they must register and pay separately.
The co-authors will receive their certificate only after they have paid their registration and conference fee.
