Anne Frank Exhibition

this term we went on a trip to an Anne Frank exhibition in town. It was similar to a quiz where we were given a sheet of paper with different things that we needed to find like trees and fish. we walked around the banners and took in some information to help us understand what the representative was going to tell us. then we planted some tree around the wetlands' At the end of the Exhibition we had to right a bit of a reflection to get out all the things we enjoyed

Cosmic Pancake Making

This term we read a small poster about cosmic pancakes. It was a pancake with sauerkraut in it. we then got to pick our small groups and figure out what toppings we could add to make it 'cosmic'. After that each person in the group would get a ingredient and the they would bring it to school for the pancakes. such as one group (Ethan, Max, Taine and Te-mana) This group had the funkiest pancakes, they had things like caramelized onions and rainbow popcorn. There was also some not so cosmic topping's.

DOVE SELF Esteem

In our class we use Dove Esteem to help us feel more open with ourselves and educate us with our wellbeing to help with this every morning we used this box that was provided and every morning we put a little token with our name on it in we had a red box (i'm not feeling good today and i need to have a talk ) a yellow box (im ok but not great) and a green one (im feeling great today)

High School Visit

last term we went over to the high school for a visit. we made name tags in the hard materials
