This standard has three assessment tasks:
- The first part requires you to create a Ableton track of at least 70 bars and contain at least 4 instruments. It is advised that you create a soundscape-like track that can be based around a DRONE shot video of a location. These videos are easy to find on YouTube or online.
- The second part requires you to create or copy a score into the program SIBELIUS. This piece must be at least 40 bars and contain at least 5 instruments.
- The final part to this standard is for the student to recreate a vocal score in SIBELIUS of at least 16 bars and containing at least 4 voices.

It is advised that you watch these videos so that you gain a fuller understanding of the terminology and learning involved.
