Students work to create a static image which sends a clear message about a topical issue or soething which they feel strongly about, either positively or negatively. Topics which students have explored in the past are around the environment, the influence(s) of social media, family life, racism, alcoholism, smoking etc.
Students work to create a static image which sends a clear message about a topical issue or soething which they feel strongly about, either positively or negatively. Topics which students have explored in the past are around the environment, the influence(s) of social media, family life, racism, alcoholism, smoking etc.
The static image needs to use visual (images, colour, layout, font) and verbal (alliteration, emotive language, rhetorical question, pun, simile, metaphor, adjectives...) features together to create a clear message and convince the reader.
