Our school participated in the "Children's Rights Day with UNICEF" project. The project was coordinated by Sylwia Lasecka. We have received a certificate of recognition for our commitment and organization of the celebration of the International Day of Children's Rights.
On November 20, we celebrate the International Day of Children's Rights. This date commemorates the signing of the most important document guaranteeing the rights of all children - the Convention on the Rights of the Child. In 2019, we celebrated its 30th anniversary. On this occasion, we organized an educational campaign in which over 3,000 schools and kindergartens from all over Poland participated. The activities and activities undertaken on that day were aimed at drawing the attention of both the school and local community to the rights of the child. In many cities, blue marches were organized by schools under the slogan # DlaKażdegoDziecka. On this special day, children and young people used the blue color of UNICEF in their activities as a symbol of solidarity with their peers who are helped by UNICEF. Every year, we encourage you to celebrate International Children's Rights Day together with UNICEF. This is a great time to disseminate knowledge about children's rights.
