Dear Parents/Guardians,
This year's Veterans Day program was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication, hard work, and creativity of our incredible staff and students. Their commitment to honoring our veterans was truly inspiring.
We were very excited to announce at our Veteran's Day Program that we are a Purple Star School. Purple Star Schools are committed to recognition and support of our veterans. To learn more about the designation, you can click HERE.
The passion, respect, and gratitude demonstrated by our students during the Veterans Day program were truly heartening. Their efforts not only showcased their creativity but also emphasized the importance of honoring those who have served our country.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Osborn, Student Council, Veterans Day committee, PTA and our Fine Arts team for their dedication and enthusiasm that made this event a memorable and touching tribute to our veterans.
As you prepare for a fun-filled December, please make sure to add to your calendar our Christmas Program on December 12. This will be at Belterra Casino again this year. We will have two sessions and those times will be released soon! This is always an amazing event for our students and families. As always, we are so grateful that Belterra Casino allows us to have our program there!
This year's calendar is a little different than in the last couple of years. Our last day before Christmas break will be Thursday, December 21.
As we wrap up the end of the first semester, I want to remind parents/guardians that if you ever have questions or concerns about your child's academic or behavioral success and progress that you schedule a meeting with your child's teacher at any time. We know how important the parent to teacher relationship is and we always want your concerns to be heard and addressed.
I look forward to a great finish to our first semester!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Kitts

Mr. Osborn takes a pie in the face like a champ! Turkey Swift gained the most canned food items and Mrs. Kaczmarek chose for Mr. White to be the one who got a pie in the face!
Mr. White gets a pie in the face too from Turkey Swift!
Veterans and their families joined us for breakfast. We offered a variety of pastries, coffee and juices. We are super appreciative of our Student Council, PTA and Mrs. Koons for all their hard work on making our breakfast the best yet!
Mr. South was our most recent Lollipop Moment recipients! He sat with a friend at lunch whom was having a hard day.
Students collaborate to solve a problem in Math class. This year we have taken a different approach to math and how we allow students to work together to solve problems.
