Sustainability

We recall having a professional debate with a colleague about what sustainability means, and while we respect that colleague a lot, we don't think it matters what exactly it means. For us, sustainability is about making the world a better place, and that is all that really matters.

We strive - in our work and our own lives - to be and act more sustainably. We have bought vehicles that we think are more sustainable, the offgrid home office is powered by electricity that we renewably generate ourselves, we engage and work with people 'on all sides' of issues, we routinely get involved in mentoring and growing the community of sustainability professionals, and we'd rather drive to conferences using electrons than hop in airplanes.

Sustainability is a journey - of learning, investment, and really just trying. Do you have any suggestions? What do you do in your organization and life to be more 'sustainable'? We'd love to hear from you!
