Reception
Hello everyone! We hope you are all keeping safe and well. All of us in the Reception are missing you all lots and lots. We thought it would be nice if we provided you with some online teaching videos and resources to support your weekly activity packs. If some of the activities are too difficult for your child, please don’t feel you have to do them. There will be a variety of videos and resources available for each day. These will be in the areas of literacy, numeracy and wider learning in the afternoons. Some of the activity pack activities will require an adult or sibling to support them but we have also provided activities your child can do by themselves!
Many thanks
The Reception Team

Daily phonic recall sessions
As part of our phonic morning sessions and as suggested in the daily reading activities, it is important your child does a daily recall of all the single sounds, clusters and digraphs and early tricky words. If your child is in the earlier stages of phonics just concentrate on the single sounds and let them just watch the other videos.
Here are some videos to support this
