Scholarships at UK and Australian universities are primarily merit-based and directly provided by the university. For IB students, these typically require a predicted or final score of 40 points or higher.

Generally, the higher a university’s global ranking, the more competitive the requirements for scholarship. It is important to note that these are usually partial tuition waivers, ranging from 10% to 30% rather than 'full-ride' (100%) scholarships. These deductions are often applied directly to your tuition fees for either the first year or the duration of the program. There is usually no separate application as you will be automatically considered when you apply to the university.

• Note: There is only 1 quota for this scholarship. Hence, it is recommended to get the highest IB points you can get.

5. Must not be a recipient of another UTS scholarship or a government-sponsored scholarship.
