This examination is the standard used by many international universities from around the world as proof of English proficiency and could also be a requirement for application.ย
The school will help provide transportation from the school to the IDP test center in Kelapa Gading.
If you missed our SVP Test Dates, you may register independently at the IDP Center through the IDP website. Tests are available almost every week!
In collaboration with College Board, SVP is an official SAT test center and you may take your exam at our school each year.
The SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities in the US, Japan, China, and South Korea to make admissions decisions. The International Undergraduate Program (IUP) is a specialized pathway within Indonesiaโs top-tier public universities designed for students seeking a global academic environment. These programs typically use English as the primary medium of instruction. While all IUP programs typically use English as the primary medium of instruction, the structure of the degree varies.
Before applying, it is important to understand these three distinct program tracks:
Single Degree
Students complete their entire four-year undergraduate degree in Indonesia. The curriculum is delivered in English, providing a global standard of education within the local university setting.
Joint Degree (Study Abroad / Exchange)
This track includes a mandatory or optional international exchange component. Students typically spend one semester or one full academic year at a partner university abroad to gain international experience before returning to graduate from their home university in Indonesia.
Double Degree (2+2 or 3+1 Program)
This is a collaborative program where students split their studies between two institutions. For example, two years in Indonesia and two years at a partner university abroad. Upon completion, students are awarded two distinct degrees: one from the Indonesian university and one from the international partner university.
Important Note: Admissions for IUP often follow a separate timeline and set of requirements from the regular national entrance exams (SNBP/SNBT). Please refer to the IUP Database below for specific details on registration dates (such as Talent Scouting or SIMAK KKI), entrance exams, and required documents.

To ensure your research is thorough and verified, we recommend utilizing these specialized platforms. This collection includes official national study portals, global recognition databases like the IBO, and centralized academic resources. These tools are designed to help you verify degree recognition, compare international education systems, and find official university-wide data that may not be available on standard ranking websites.
The IB Recognition Website is an official portal provided by the International Baccalaureate Organization. It serves as a comprehensive database for students and parents to understand how IB qualifications are accepted by universities and governments worldwide.
Note: While the IBO Recognition database is a powerful tool, policies can change. We always recommend cross-checking these results with the universityโs official website or contacting their admissions office directly for the most current requirements.
Search for specific institutions by name or browse universities by country to verify their official IB recognition status. This tool provides direct access to each universityโs specific IB policy, giving you a clear understanding of how they evaluate the IB Diploma and individual certificates during the admissions process.
This is essential for understanding the "big picture" of a specific destination. By selecting a country, you can learn about national level recognition policies, such as whether the IB Diploma is legally equivalent to a local high school diploma. This helps you understand the general entry requirements and legal standing of the IB across an entire nationโs education system.
Use this tab to discover which universities offer "transfer credits" or "advanced standing" for high IB scores (usually in Higher Level subjects). This tool identifies schools where your IB results can exempt you from introductory university courses (usually first year courses), potentially allowing you to graduate earlier or skip beginner level classes in your first year.
