Transcript Requests

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

High school students can also have their official SV transcripts submitted through a transcript request with Mrs. Knott in the Guidance Office. Please have the full name of the college or university and the correct mailing address.

The college you are applying to may also manage transcript requests through 3rd party organizations such as Common App or Parchment.  

• Students with last names A - K will list Mr. White as a point of contact: r.white@svlocal.org. 

• Students with last names L - Z will list Mrs. McCoy as a point of contact: s.mccoy@svlocal.org. 

College Credit Transcripts

NOTE: College Credit Plus students will need to request their transcripts with CCP credits directly from the college they completed CCP with (Stark State, Kent State Stark, etc.).

Graduate / Post-High School Transcripts

Graduate / Post-High School transcripts are $2 and can be paid by cash or check. An official transcript can be requested with Mrs. Knott in the Guidance Office or mailing a request to:
