Telehealth across the state. CPTSD, burnout, and the weight you've been carrying alone.
I'm Anabel Reynolds, a trauma therapist licensed in Washington. I work with adults across the entire state via telehealth — Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Bellingham, Olympia, the Tri-Cities, anywhere with a stable internet connection.
Who I work with in Washington
Adults navigating complex trauma and CPTSD. Working parents — particularly those running on empty. High-functioning adults exhausted by the mental load of running a life. Military spouses and veterans. Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and the patterns that come with carrying too much for too long.

How telehealth works in Washington
All sessions are HIPAA-compliant video. As long as you're physically located in Washington at the time of session, we can work together. That includes clients who travel for work, parents who can only sneak away during a kid's nap, and anyone who lives somewhere a great therapist isn't easy to find in person.
