I'm trained in trauma-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems work. In practice, that means I pull from whichever approach fits the moment, the client, and the work — not whichever one I happened to learn most recently.
