Telehealth across the state. CPTSD, burnout, and the weight you've been carrying alone.
I'm Anabel Reynolds, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I work with adults across the state via telehealth — Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, and everywhere in between.
Who I work with in Texas
Adults navigating complex trauma and CPTSD. Working parents — particularly those running on empty. High-functioning adults exhausted by the mental load of running a life. Military spouses and veterans. Adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and the patterns that come with carrying too much for too long.

How telehealth works in Texas
All sessions are HIPAA-compliant video. As long as you're physically located in Texas at the time of session, we can work together. That includes clients who travel for work, parents who can only sneak away during a kid's nap, and anyone who lives somewhere a great therapist isn't easy to find in person.
