宇宙植物学（月、火星等の宇宙空間で、どのように植物が育つのか）を学びのテーマとし、本校生徒の実験データが実際に上記研究機関の研究データとして活用されています。

Astrobotany is the study of how plants grow in space. Our students' experimental data is directly supporting research being conducted at Gilroy Lab.

地方創生の様々な取り組みを情報面から支援するために経済産業省と内閣官房が提供しているデータを読み取り、広島県立広島叡智学園中学校のRESASチームとフィールドワークやオンラインでの協議等を通して、それぞれの地域の未来を考えるプログラムです。（参加は中学生希望者のみ）

This is a program to read data provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Cabinet Secretariat to support various initiatives for regional development, and to think about the future of each region through fieldwork and online exchanges with the RESAS team of Hiroshima Global Academy. カルガリー大学と大阪YMCAが提携し、インターン大学生の受け入れ等を行っています。昨年度のインターン大学生は、高校生に向けて「カナダの大学について」の講演を行いました。(写真は近郊小学校への出張授業の様子).

本校の生徒がICTを活用した学校生活について、教育総合展(EDIX関西2019) Google for Education のブースにて、本校でのICT活用事例等について発表しました。

ICS（Impact Citizens for SDGs, SDGsを広めるためのGAPS/課外活動）が、MARUZEN&ジュンク堂書店にて、「高校生が紹介するSDGs　知らない間にあなたもSDGsに貢献してる？どゆことやねん！」の特設コーナーを担当いたしました。SDGsに関連する本の紹介や、参加型＆トーク型の楽しいクイズ企画など、書店様と協力し生徒のオリジナリティが溢れた企画を実施させていただきました。

ICS (one of extracurricular activities working for cognitive improvement of SDGs) set up a booth at MARUZEN & JUNKUDO, under the title of 「SDGs introduced by Senior High School Students」 and introduced the recommended books, did a survey, and played a quiz.

朝日新聞社の方々にお越しいただき、中学生80名がSDGs 2030カードゲームを体験しました。「環境問題・児童労働・長時間労働の見直し」などの社会課題を自分事として捉え、「持続可能な社会とは何か」について仲間と共に取り組みました。

国際協力機構（JICA）東京本部南アジア部バングラデシュ担当の大口 莉織様をお招きし、オンライン講演会を開催いたしました。「開発途上国の『国創り』という選択肢」というテーマで、世界が抱える課題、国際協力機構（JICA）の事業などについて、ご講演いただきました。主な協力方法には、伝える、貸す、贈与するの３つがあることなど、国際協力に初めて触れる生徒にもわかりやすくご説明いただきました。

We are pleased to invite Ms. Rio Oguchi, from the South Asia Division, Tokyo Headquarters of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), to give a lecture on "Options for Developing Countries". Under the title of "Options for Developing Countries for Nation Building", Ms. Oguchi spoke about the challenges facing the world and JICA's projects. She explained the three main methods of cooperation, such as telling, giving, and lending in an easy-to-understand manner for students who are new to international cooperation.

YMCA総合研究所はYMCAが地域社会の中で行っている様々な運動・活動についての知識集約をし、調査、研究、出版、政策提言、プログラム開発などを行ない、その情報を一般の皆様やNPOに提供することによる社会貢献を目的としています。

The YMCA Research Institute aims to contribute to society by collecting knowledge about the various movements and activities of the YMCA in the local community, conducting surveys, research, publications, policy proposals and program development, and providing the information to the general public and NPOs.

ユース世代のグローバルリーダーを育成し、地球規模の課題への気づきを得ることや地球市民の育成を目的とした国際会議です。ユース世代が地域社会や国際社会に積極的に関わっていくことを目標としています。

The GYC is a 4 day international conference that aims to develop young global leaders and raise awareness on global issues and global citizenship. The goal is to hold an event run by young people that can positively impact local and international communities.

シンガポールのインターナショナルスクールで行う語学研修は、自分に合ったレベルで、世界中から集まる同世代の生徒とともに英語を学ぶプログラムです。語学だけでなく芸術やスポーツなどのアクティビティも盛りだくさん。シンガポールYMCAのサポートの元プログラムを行います。

Students study English in ISS international school in Singapore with students from all over the world at a level that suits each individual. It includes not only the language, but also the activities such as arts or sports. This program is supported by Singapore YMCA.

多種多様な人々が共に生活を営み、ロッキー山脈を臨む豊かな大自然の広がるバンクーバーにて、・ホームステイ・オーバーナイトキャンプ・アドベンチャープログラム・スポーツプログラム・文化体験等、充実した夏休みを過ごすグローバルキャンプです。大阪YMCAとパートナーシップを結ぶトリニティ・ウエスタン大学の協力の元プログラムを進めています。

This is a global camp in Vancouver where a diverse people live together and enjoy a rich natural environment with a view of the Rocky Mountains, including homestays, overnight camps, adventure programs, sports programs, and cultural experiences. This program is run in cooperation with Trinity Western University, which has a partnership with the Osaka YMCA.
