color design

For this assignment we had to use 12 different colors with 3 shades and 3 tints. so i decided to pick something that had many different sections so i chose a sun with a odd patterned background.

 To make this artwork i used a stretched canvas and acrylic paint.

to start this i found inspiration looking at different photos and compiled my own idea then i mixed one color at a time and put them in random spots.
