Seaside Lamp 

For this project, I felt as though it went extremely well. It was very time-consuming due to the fact that I had to hand-paint every single animal, which made it take a lot longer than I originally anticipated. But this looks amazing next to my coasters. 

If I were to do this again, I would maybe make my lamp bottom a little bigger beacuse its small, which is what I wanted, but it's a little smaller than I hoped because finding a lamp shade and putting it together with it being so small will definitely be a hassle. But I also think that this has created a great learning experience for me because most of my ceramics have been just for show, and not necessarily useable which makes this much more sentimental because my family, along with seeing it, will be able to use it, and it will be practical due to its small size. 

Overall, I'm proud of this piece and would hope to do something similar to this in the future.
