Artist Inspired work

Artist statement:

The two artists I chose were Georiga O'Keefe and Edgar Degas since Edgar was fascinated by movement, I used a horse that was inspired by some of the horse race paintings he did. Then with Georiga, she liked painting sculls so I was like why not draw it as a horse skeleton, to mix the styles. Most of the drawing was inspired by Georiga O' Keeffe which I realized later, in the drawing process but in the end, I like it. First I drew the horse then went on to the background, added more details to the horse the flowers, mostly because I forgot about them.
