An object I depend on

Artist Statment

For this project I got my idea from the prompt, the prompt was I had to "create something you depend on that's in class now" See now I would have gone and done my phone or my laptop but everyone was doing that so, I went with Airpods.

What I needed for this project was my paper, HB - B drawing pencils, My Airpods, and another 20 minutes.

How I managed to get this going as I first thought and looked around for things I depend on, on a daily basis. I found my AirPods and I looked around and no one else was doing their AirPods so I decided to take a stab at it. I started off by just making a border that was about 3x12 inches and just started drawing. At first, I made a perfect square then went in and smoothed out the corners to make it look like the AirPods case. After I drew the case I added in my lines, and divots, I added in the light then I was done.
