Self Portrait

This drawing is a self portrait on 9" x 12" paper, I used graphite pencil.

The idea that guided my artwork was I took a picture of myself and drew it square by square.

The materials I used for this piece was I used drawing paper and graphite.

The process for this piece was I took a picture of myself then I printed it, after that I took a ruler and drew a grid and then copied it on my paper. Once the grid was done  I drew my printed picture square by square.
