Bio:

This is my 2nd year at ST, but my 26th year teaching.  I spent last year teaching the 6-12 students PE virtually.  Before that I spent 10 years at California Trail teaching PE.  Prior to that I spent time in the Shawnee Mission and Blue Valley Districts.

I was born in Southern California but moved to Olathe in 1st grade.   I attended Rolling Ridge, Oregon Trail, Pioneer Trail (it was brand new), and Olathe South.  From there I went to KU to get my degree in Education.  

I got married in 2000 and my daughter (only) was born in 2002.  She currently attends KU majoring in Mass Communication/ Journalism with a minor in Sports Management.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with the family, watching/playing sports, spending time with our dog (Lucy) and cheering for all things KU!
