For this project we had to choice a hypokinetic disease. Hypokinetic diseases are diseases you can contract from too little physical activity and exercise and type 2 diabetes is a very common one. In the poster we have listed the symptoms, statistics, and negative impacts on a person's life.

Honestly I didn't do much in my group. In the beginning I did help with the researching and finding the actual content, but when it came down to making the actual poster, I wasn't very productive. I could've been a much better group member and taken a lot more responsibility in the project which would have made it a lot easier on my team. However, I did learn a lot about the disease through the project and am now more informed about the material.
