Fire Away!

Fire Away! project is looking for a projecting device that will stay in one place and be reusable regardless of how many times you use it. It must have a base that sits on the ground, two legs that hold up an axle, and a lever arm with both a load and an effort end. The device must be easily portable by one person and have no dimension that is larger than 1 meter. You can “set” it and release it, but not provide the firing itself. 

Reflection:

Making the catapult wasn't too hard, but launching it 5+ meters was. We made many changes to the catapult, and it started going farther.  The building process  took a couple of days. It started off a little slow, but once there were ideas, the catapult started coming together.
