For our do it better project, my partner and I focused on Gravity and Orbits. We proved that planets farther away from the sun with larger masses have rings. With Fg=G m1m2/d^2, it proves that the force of gravity that Saturn's rings have a strong force of gravity, keeping them up.
The first time I did this project, I was very confused and didn't understand the full concept of how the force of gravity ties in. I was struggling at first. I was still having trouble with the concept of the force of gravity. After about a week, something clicked and I finally understood it. My partner and I decided to use Saturn's rings as an example because they are the largest set of rings. The rings are made up of ice, rocks, and dust. Saturn's force of gravity holds them in place, so they are constantly orbiting.
This project was very challenging, even though I already did it. I did good at persevering through the struggle and staying focused on the project. I need to work on getting on task quicker and work on the way I comprehend information.
