Reflection

Even though it is my second time doing this project, I still enjoyed it the most out of all the other projects. I really like incorporating my interests with my school work. Two things I did well this project were leadership and collaboration. I was a great leader this project because my partner does not play softball, so I had to take charge. I made the layout of the video, edited it, wrote the steps, and helped with calculations. I was also a good collaborator because I maintained a positive attitude when my partner and I got into arguments about the video, and I contributed to the success of the team. Two things I think I can work on improving are being a conscientious learner and my communication skills. I can work on being a conscientious learner by doing more self- reflections on my work, and the project. I can work on my communication skills more because my partner and I got into a lot of arguments during this project. I think we could have avoided these conflicts if I had been able to communicate my ideas more clearly and if I had been a better listener when he explained his ideas. Overall, I think this project was successful. We improved from our last project, and made a informational video that viewers can learn from.
